** Property value will be verified by using an electronic valuation and drive by property condition report subject to underwriting approval. Ten business day FAST closing is possible based on applicant submission of all requested documentation within 48 hours of application. Any application that does not qualify for FAST processing will be converted to a standard home equity application.
